What we are looking for:

A person with a great attitude, experience in residential construction, and a high character individual
Ability to look at construction plans and specifications, perform takeoffs, and bid work accurately
Estimating or Installation experience in construction/home services
You must be able to work with our scheduling and operations teams throughout the process so that we can provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
You will be working independently for the most part and must be self motivated.

What you'll do on a daily basis:

Work with builders to develop estimates for our scope of work on upcoming projects by reading the plans & specifications
Maintain relationships with our custom home builders and other clients.
Our in house team will schedule you to meet with clients, builders, and commercial clients to discuss their projects. You must be able to understand the scope of work and produce detailed estimates based on your meetings.
Must be able to explain the difference in our products, the pros/cons of each, and what makes the most sense for their particular situation.
Take measurements, pictures, and detailed notes in order to produce an estimate.
Create estimates based on your discussion with the client using our pricing models.
Answer any follow up questions about the estimate and/or the installation.
Input information into our CRM system so that the installation team can be successful.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
